What we’re looking for
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Account Executive to join our team of performance marketing specialists. Our ideal candidate would be a proactive problem solver who is comfortable thinking on their feet and taking ownership of projects from day one. The role is fast-paced and offers a blend of creativity and analytical skills across SEO, PPC & Paid Social, so no day is the same.
The role is client-facing and would suit someone who is great at building relationships and rapport, and comfortable communicating and presenting.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Analysing & reporting on campaign performance using tools such as:
- Google Analytics
- Google Ads
- Google Search Console
- Looker Studio
- Meta Ads Manager
- TikTok Ads Manager
- SEMrush
- Identifying opportunities to develop our SEO and PPC activity via keyword and market research.
- Analysing large volumes of data to identify trends and inform optimisation decisions.
- Building paid search campaigns, including ad copywriting and developing PPC strategies.
- Creating SEO strategies and writing SEO-optimised content
- Performing technical SEO audits.
- Developing written and PowerPoint reports and presentations to showcase our work and results to clients.
About You
- Understanding of the principles and techniques of online marketing, in particular PPC and SEO
- 0-2 years experience across search & social.
- Confident writer, ideally with proven experience e.g. blog, published work
- Strong with numbers and comfortable analysing data to draw logical recommendations
- Strong communicator with a desire to learn and grow in a close-knit team
- Keen to take on ownership of projects and drive continuous improvement
