Challenge
Ramble Worldwide (formerly Rambler Walking Holidays) rebranded and migrated their website, which led to a significant drop in organic traffic, keyword rankings and organic revenue.
Why It Mattered
The rebranding introduced a new identity, which naturally affected customer behaviour, especially the regular, loyal customers. More critically, key search rankings for core keywords declined or disappeared entirely, resulting in a drop in organic traffic and revenue. Paid Search activity was increased to bridge the gap of the organic drop but this was not sustainable.
